We love the NY Post. The Headlines (’Headless Body in Topless Bar’, ‘Kiss Your Asteroid Goodbye’ and, more recently, ‘Brit-and-Run’), Page Six and everything in between.

But we have noticed in the past week that the Post also has its own parallel universe when it comes to sports. Coldhardfootballfacts.com brought this little nugget (picture below) to our attention last week. Brilliant editing by the staff at the Post. And always taking an accurate reading of their sports-fans readers.

So while the Post refuses to accept the Patriots’ win over the Jets after SpyGate,

They also refuse to accept that the Mets can’t beat the Phillies.
