Dude, Where’s My Car?

They’re so easy to misplace. Especially when it’s black and it’s after dark. Lance Briggs has some splainin’ to do as his was found on the side of a road with a wee bit of damage. Maybe he should have gotten a bright orange one like the wheels PacIdiot sports around town.
Or maybe he should just get one of these…

So Michael Vick came clean and now we wait till December for his sentencing. He was, by all accounts, apologetic and respectful. He rejects dog fighting and vows to clean up is act in an effort to grow up. Oh, and he also found Jesus.
It was all great till this statement: “I totally ask for forgiveness and understanding as I move forward to bettering Michael Vick the person, not the football player.” He had us hooked till the whole ‘third person’ part. Maybe we’re just picky, but anyone who refers to themselves in the third person is worthy of a sideways glance with deeply furrowed brow.
Now onto more serious matters. Mark Cuban has lost his mind. If anyone finds it please return it to Mr. Cuban so that we can get back that brazen, entrepreneurial genius who we hope will continue to positively affect the NBA and buy the Philadelphia Phillies.
Plus, if this is right - we want to be wrong.

Mr. Cuban has agreed to dance on the upcoming season of Dancing With The Stars. Now, while we agree that his midsection could use eight hour workouts daily we feel that his talents are best put to use on the business side of sports. That and the fact that his first foray into reality television wasn’t exactly a ratings splash.
Mark - c’mon, buy the Phillies, figure out why your team bombed in the NBA playoffs and invent some super cool new technology so that you can add to your vast fortune and donate some to us. But if you choose to potentially kill any manly impression we have of you, please do so with flare. We want to see red sparkles, bell bottoms AND sleeves, and some super fly lift moves.
Darn, now we’re going to have to watch Dancing With The Stars (again) which will eat into the time set aside for watching the grass grow…
A big thanks to all who have sent their best wishes to Radar. We hear he is progressing nicely and should be returning to the Fantoo stable soon. In the interim we have lured another unsuspecting victim who will be editing this week’s podcast so that we don’t have to torture you with another “raw and unedited” version again. Look for a freshy on Thursday, and daily postings between now and then.
